Orders received before 12:00 pm (AEST) on business days (Monday–Friday) will be processed the same day, if all items are in stock.
Orders placed after 12:00 pm, or on weekends/public holidays, will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details.
2. Shipping Within Australia
Standard Shipping: Flat-rate of $9.95 (or specify your rate) for all orders under the free-shipping threshold.
Free Standard Shipping: Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping (after any discounts).
Delivery Estimated Timeframes (after dispatch):
Metro VIC: 1–2 business days
Other states/territories: 2–5 business days
Remote/regional areas: Up to 7 business days
You are responsible for providing a correct and complete delivery address. Mistakes may delay delivery or incur re-shipment fees.
3. Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)
At checkout you may choose express shipping (if available) for faster delivery. Additional charges apply based on location and weight.
Express dispatch is typically within 1–2 business days and delivery 1–3 business days for metro locations.
4. International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. (If you do ship internationally: include details about rates, duties & taxes, and customs.)
For orders outside Australia: any customs duties, import taxes or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times vary by destination and cannot be guaranteed.
5. Tracking & Delivery
After dispatch you’ll receive tracking information by email.
It is your responsibility to monitor delivery and ensure someone is available to accept the parcel.
If a parcel is marked “Delivered” by the carrier but you cannot locate it, you’ll need to contact the carrier directly. We can assist but cannot guarantee resolution once the parcel is in transit.
6. Delays & Issues
While we aim to meet delivery estimates, delivery may be delayed due to courier issues, public holidays, weather, or other unforeseen conditions.
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number and tracking details so we can research the matter.
7. Returns/Cancelled Orders (Shipping-related)
If you wish to return a product, please see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.
If you cancel an order before dispatch, shipping fees may still apply depending on status.
If a parcel is returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal, or non-collection, you may be liable for the redelivery shipping cost.
